About Rewriting History

Rewriting History was released in 2003 and climbed to #23 on the Americana Chart. It was produced, recorded and mixed in Nashville by Ron “Snake” Reynolds and features an allstar group of Nashville “A” listers who were instructed by Snake to throw out the rule book, have fun and explore the creative opportunities within each song. In addition to 13 songs written by Clay, there is an incendiary version of “Love Me Two Times, The Doors’ classic, done honky-tonk style which performed well at Country Radio.
